Dropped off my car at approximately 2 P.M. the day before it was to be repaired the next morning with an 8:30 appointment. It was not completed until around 1:30 that afternoon. When I called to check if it was done (I live in Yerington), I was told around 11:30 that the servicing had just begun on it. Good, took longer than normal but was given discount for the wait, good price! A little busier than normal so I might try to find somewhere else to go although I've had sone really fast maintenance times.
