Pleasant, helpful, on time service
Dropped off my car at approximately 2 P.M. the day before it was to be repaired the next morning with an 8:30 appointment. It was not completed until around 1:30 that afternoon. When I called to check if it was done (I live in Yerington), I was told around 11:30 that the servicing had just begun on it. The reasons were that two mechanics had called in sick that morning, and then a third one was sent home because of illness. Things unforseen happen, so guess I had no choice but be patient.
