When I phoned they were VERY cordial! I was able to pick the day and time to bring my car to them. Once there, I was directed to Adam who I had spoken on the phone. He immediately set me up with a loaner car, at no fee to me. (Never had THAT before!) I was aware it would be at least 4 hours. He phoned to let me know of a couple potential problems. There was no pressure put on me to do any additional work, when I went back to discuss them. But I decided to go ahead and complete them now instead of waiting. They kept my car un... read more

Great service. They do a full safety inspection every visit I leave there knowing everything is taken care of and I am safe to drive anywhere I need to go.
