I would have valued and appreciated more consistent communication throughout the process. Also would also appreciated being called back when I was told so. Overall I got a great rate but would explore other lenders next time around for the reason of poor customer experience.

Overall the communication between Mr. Keegan, his team and us was poor. We were asked to sign documents and told they were "preliminary" and not to worry about incorrect information, however, when it came time to finalize documents, not having correct information at the onset became an issue. I do not believe Mr Keegan expected us to get the credit scores up and save the down payment/closing costs and therefore did not treat us like legitimate buyers. Awful experience!!!!

I felt over whelmed at times with the constant repeat request for information sent on previous communications. The communication with my realtor was always being directed to the buyers versus the realtor who had our information readily available. The closing agent also went did the exact same thing and it made the experience very stressful since all the request were last minute.

Mike didn’t always make time for us. Earlier in the loan process when we had crucial questions I would call him but he didn’t call me back in a timely manner or at all. He seemed too busy, some of his responses to us were passive aggressive and kind of disinterested. It wasn’t until the latter part of the process (when we were just about to close) that he voluntarily called me with enthusiasm in his voice to “congratulate” us— as if he couldn’t believe that we actually made it through.
