Mike was great!! However there was a delay in closing ‘expected December Vs actual Closing in Feb’ with high interest rate. Also assured getting a $3k credit from builder before closing but no news after closing. KBHOME not keeping promises. Booked my lot based on initial plan shiwed by sales with a 40X58.5 backyard, which was wrong(36X58) and I came to know after 5 months. So getting a credit assured($3k) would have kept me motivated. Overall KBHOME experience is POOR.
