Well -- I have tried connecting him multiple times and he or his team is super unresponsive and never returns the call. I had to move on to other apartments despite being very interested in touring the place.
Despite Michael being the point of contact for an apt I was interested in, I continue to be placed in contact with someone else from his team by the name of Margie. She has been so unresponsive and unprofessional I am not surprised the apt is still on the market for over 3 months. It is 4/8/25 and I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment to view the apt since the end of February when the price dropped.
