Michael did a great job listing and selling my apartment in Hoboken. He demonstrated excellent market, industry, and transaction knowledge and experience. He earned my business however by providing me with market updates over the course of several years. He cold-called me initially years ago and he would then reach out 2-3 times per year with either an email or phone call to update me with specifics on the market.
Michael helped us buy one unit a few years ago and most recently helped us to sell 2 units. He is always on top of what needs to be done. Always calling with updates and we just could NOT have asked for a better representative to help us buy and/or sell in Hoboken and surrounding areas.
