Michael brings a wealth of experience and he also is very creative in how he approaches the sale. He sold my first home and now he is selling a second home of mine. His sense of urgency is very high and he utilizes a professional photographer which helps in the marketing of a property. He is honest about his ideas yet willing to work with you, the seller. This guy is a relationship builder not just looking to do a one time deal.

Michael Klein sold my house within 10 days after putting it on the market. A previous realtor hadn't sold even though she had the listing for almost a year. He is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, responsible, reliable and honest. He is always willing to answer any questions and responds quickly (seconds to a couple of hours). I referred him to someone I know and he sold her condo in one month. We call him the "property whisperer". I would highly recommend him to anyone.
