I have dealt with other lenders in the past that wouldn't put the effort in. They tried one solution and if it didn't immediately work they gave up and told me to take a hike. Michael went to bat for me, looked at multiple options and was able to make it all come together. Very pleased with the whole experience and their patience with the numerous questions I had.
