Michael gave me good advice and spent a considerable amount of time with me on the first phone call. After that, it was quick or no response. Also, something happened and I was in the system twice. Sometimes my information could not be retrieved and I had to resend a couple of times. I finally just started sending attachments through email. Otherwise, Michael was very professional and we got it done.
