Mike and his team where an absolute Joy to work with. I had very high anxiety going into this process and they made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Any email or phone call I made was always answered right away and I was kept up to date on the entire process. I would recommend Mike Loftus and his team, to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home loan. Mike made refinancing our home stress free. His team ensured the appropriate documentation was sent to us, through their secure server, and followed up on any and all outstanding items. Mike broke down each line item, and worked for my best interest and not his own. This example is only one of many which separates his service from other lenders.
