Mike and his team were great! This was my third home purchase and he really got us prepared for the smoothest closing ever! Both on selling our home and the purchase of our new home! Mike is awesome! He helped my husband and I get a home loan after another loan officer left us hanging. Mike was very upfront with us about what we needed to do to get financed for a FHA 203k loan. He kept us updated during the loan process and when ever there were any issues he made sure to address them so we could fix them in a timely manner. The overall process was amazing and I am happy to say that my husband and I closed on our 1st house on 7/11/18.

Mike and his team were able to get me to settlement within the time frame that I requested and I was able to move into my new house to celebrate my 50th birthday right on time. I was skeptical about refinancing offers on-line but Mike quickly gained my trust. He is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I can't say enough about my experience with him and his company. I would recommend Mike to anyone wanting to refinance their home.

Mike was helpful, knowledgeable, and a great guide through the whole process. He and his team were easy to get in contact with and always available to assist with any questions or concerns. Communicating with either Mike or a member of his team felt more like talking to a colleague rather than a lender. I'm not big on financial dealings so I had a lot of questions which were always answered in a timely manner and never in a way that made me feel like I should know these things already.
