I was always met with friendly service and once my loan final paperwork came in I was surprised that my payments were roughly $50 cheaper per month. They keep you very informed and very well connected through out your loan processed.
All in all, a great group. Highly communicative, personable and responsive to my individual needs. I looked at a couple of different lenders and they truly stood out with their 1:1 focus. As opposed to simply having me fill out a form, they took the time to understand my specific needs for a loan product. Laura was great, as was the balance of the folks I worked with... highly recommended!

The Michael Mann Team did a wonderful job getting the job done for us. Not only did we manage to get a great rate, they went the extra mile for us. I don't know of any other lender that would do what they did, certainly not some large banks I have dealt with in the past. By the way Laura is a genius!
The staff was very helpful and willing to help in any way possible. They quickly responded to my emails, sometimes almost instantly. I would defiantly recommend their services, they know what they are doing and won't steer you in the wrong direction. Kudos to Laura Kidd for excellent customer service.
