What can I say, Michael did an awesome job! Towards the end of coming close to my wife and I closing date(12/16/16), we were having difficulties with our down payment assistance with GA Dream. That was due to our combined income being close to too much. Everyone lost confidence in actually closing in time, everyone except Michael ! He worked , even on his off day, to work it out. Michael is honest and very knowledgeable in the loan arena. He is current on what rates and financial programs available. Buying a home is one of the biggest investment that person will make and Michael and his team made me feel like I was their only client. The personal attention that I received, helped to make a stressful process an pleasant experience. I highly recommend him if you are looking someone who caring and will work hard at getting you the best rate available.
