This is my second refinance with Mike. There was sudden drop in rates and Mike contacted us immediately and locked us in before the rate jumped back up. Mike and his crew at Bay Equity are stellar. They're very professional and their service fee for refinancing are the best in the valley, if not the state. Do your self favor, even if you're not in the market for refinancing at this moment, contact their office to be notified when rates quickly change. One day, you'll be happy you did.
