Dr Pugh seems like a pleasant, knowledgeable man. He explains his suggestions and helps you understand your options. All of the "behind the scene" staff are great. Lynn, his receptionist/scheduler/insurance guru appears to be the "mother hen" of the staff and keeps her eyes and ears open to everything. I think she injects her opinion, with eye rolls and displays dissatisfied expressions, way too often. Very passive aggressive for the part of the country. WOW what a great experience. First Amy was amazing office staff, she answered all my questions about billing and insurance. She was very helpful, informative and extremely beautiful. The clinical staff did a great job too. Dr. Pugh is a great dentist, excellent work including painless injections. Lynn checked me out she was very professional, informative and beautiful as well. Dr. Pugh is very lucky to be surrounded by intelligent and beautiful women all day every day.
