First visit and it was wonderful!!! Haley, at the front desk, is an absolute delight, took time to explain my insurance and cost for a future procedure. She went above and beyond my expectations. Caroline is an excellent hygienist. I hate having my teeth cleaned, however, with her gentle technique, it was the most pleasant experience that I've ever had. Love Dr Pugh and his staff. They are accommodating to my schedule and provide excellent service. The staff is friendly and efficient. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth!
I had an issue with two teeth, and Dr. Pugh's office got me in right away. He fixed the issues quickly and is a true artist! His office staff is also very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Pugh and am grateful to him and his staff for their help!
Best dentist I have ever had and I am 74 years old. Personable, straight shooter, does not try to do more than is needed. He is very pleasant and so is his staff. You feel like you are with friends. Would recommend him to anyone.
Best dental experience I have ever had! I had been to dentists in the past that were very judgmental and rude because I need a lot of dental work done because I’ve always struggled with my teeth but these people were so kind and understanding and willing to help me get everything fixed. Really helped my dental anxiety. I would recommend this place to anyone :)
