Michael did my process of buying a house priceless!!! He made everything so easy and fast for me, every time I needed help or I had a question. He would always reply very fast at any time and any day mid the week even on weekends. If I have to go through the process again I will contact Michael again and again and again.

I Theresa Taylor called Michael because he was referred to me from a Real Estate Co. that advertised on "The Pent House" radio show. I never hesitated in agreeing to sign with Michael. He is a man of his word , he never hesitated to call me back, he even stayed on the phone with me to talk me through signing e mail documents. He was always very patient with every question I asked. When friends gave me advice Michael explained my every question and even offered to speak to my friend.

Mike is very knowledgeable and personable, helping to make the process easier to understand and making it go very smoothly. We started off just wanting to do a straight refinance and midway through we decided to refinance and take cash out for home improvements. Mike was able to give me figures and spread sheets showing how each iteration of the loan compared to the loan I currently had to help guide me in the decision making process.
