Due to some issues in my past and a new job there were quite a few issues that needed to be addressed. At times when it seemed to be getting crazy to me Mike and his staff talked me off the cliff and guided me thru what was needed to be done. At closing Mike stayed late along with the people from the title company and got my deal completed and funded after normal hours. I now see there is a lot that goes into the purchasing process and the financing can take the greatest amount of work.
