Michael was a sheer pleasure to work with. He is extremely professional, highly informed and exceedingly competent and fair. Michael made himself available at all times for any questions and concerns and was patient and understanding at the same time. This was our first home purchase and he gave us informative objective advice while staying positive and patient. He was also excellent at multi tasking with multiple parties involved in the purchasing process.

Michael Razak is a wonderful loan officer and so much more. He helped my husband and I every step of the way in getting a loan for our first home. Michael was great, but the coordination with the rest of the team left something to be desired. They regularly missed information we provided, muddled communications and asks, and weren't coordinated with the lender such that I bothered a reference of mine unnecessarily. Overall, the process was a little clumsy.
