We went through a hectic new build. I started working with Michael 5 years ago and the last two specifically on this new build. Jobs changed, family size changed, economy changed. Through it all, we never felt stress from our lender and that was key as you can imagine. He’s thorough, he’s helpful, but more so, he’s personable. I would recommend Mike and will be recommending very soon to friends of ours.

Mike and his team were great and a breeze to work with in our mortgage process. They were very responsive to all of our messages and their powerbid pre-approval process allowed us to lock in a great home and a great rate as quickly as possible. Mike and his team were AMAZING. His team always responded to me in a timely manner. He gave me an excel sheet that broke down my monthly costs and estimate the total amount of out of pocket expenses for closing for EACH of the property I was interested in. He had direct contact with my real estate agent and it was NEVER hard to reach him. He was always available no matter what! (Even on the weekends!!).
