I just closed a loan with Michael and his Guaranteed Rate Team. The process was fast and very efficient, and the interaction with the various team members was always on point to address any open information needs. Given that the rates and closing cost are very competitive I can only recommend working with this lender.

Mike and his team are excellent. This was my second time using Mike. He is very informative, responsive and will always guide you in the right direction that is best for you. Excellent and prompt communication, and his number rings directly to him(!), not voicemail or someone else in the office. In fact, he usually picked up on the first or second ring. As we moved through the verification / underwriting process, his staff was quite helpful (and patient) as we assembled all of the documents, and signed all the forms. Highly recommend!

Michael handled my mortgage for a purchase in 2019 and a refinancing in 2022. The system they use is very efficient, easy to upload and provide information, without having to bring paper work in. Would highly recommend Michael. Very pleasant as well as the associates that process the paperwork.

Mike and his team at Guaranteed Rate were fantastic. They helped streamline and expedite the process so we could offer to close in 3 weeks, which gave us an edge on getting our home. They also helped us with the appraisal and underwriting process, so that we all had complete confidence in the investment. Along with being locally knowledgeable, I would highly recommend them for anything in the western Boston metro area.
