Mr. Tedone is an expert. He knew what to do whenever snags were encountered. He is also very friendly and easy to talk with.
Great communication and clarity from himself and his team. Presented themselves professionally and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. When it came to crunch time, his team was on the ball and got everything done for our spontaneous closing date! Will probably use them again in the future.

There were times when I was out of town/offshore working and communication was not at it's best, but Michael & Stephanie hung in there, hunkered down when I finally could provide them the information they needed and made it happen at the 11th hour.
