Excelle title co said that Michael Tedone always provides the docs to them before hand so she can do her balance sheets. I was able to close in a timely manor due to that. Michael always answered all my email questions and phone questions in a timely manor. This makes a huge difference in getting things done.
The whole process was seem less. No back and forth. I would definitely use Amcap again. Michael and his team were great to work with.
