Erin is wonderful!!!! From the beginning to the end it was a very positive experience! She is smart, capable, kind and can think on her feet! I would recommend Erins services to anyone looking to begin this exciting time. Erin acted as both our selling and buying agent. Throughout both processes she gave us 100%. There was never any time when She did not act with our best interest in mind. She gave us facts with complete honesty, whether we wanted it or not! Mike Toomey met with me before I had sold my house and sent me e-mails of likely homes in the Brookfields where I had indicated an interest to relocate. Erin Mahoney is a true professional, being in sales myself integrity is everything. She showed us multiple properties within our budget and never once pressured us into a sale. Erin did an outstanding job helping me locate and purchase a home in 60 days!!! What I thought couldn't happen did. I had a set list of what I wanted/needed in a home along with a VERY tight timeline and Erin made the process run smooth, which I didn't think could be possible. She was very knowledgeable and dependable, she did GREAT with negotiating and was able to get me into the home I had hoped to own.
