Erin was exceptional in helping my boyfriend and I find out first home! She was available when we needed her, responded quickly, and was willing to meet us on short notice. Erin was also very realistic with us, identifying properties that may be too much work for a couple of diy'ers or that would significantly extend our move in timeline. We appreciated Erin's honest and knowledge perspective!

I would recommend Erins services to anyone looking to begin this exciting time. Erin acted as both our selling and buying agent. Throughout both processes she gave us 100%. There was never any time when She did not act with our best interest in mind. She gave us facts with complete honesty, whether we wanted it or not!
