Mike Toomey met with me before I had sold my house and sent me e-mails of likely homes in the Brookfields where I had indicated an interest to relocate. Once I had a P&S agreement on my former home and was free to look in earnest I was already familiar with the Brookfields from going on the internet and from viewing the homes and neighborhoods that had been on sale for 6 months and sent to me by Mike. Erin Mahoney is a true professional, being in sales myself integrity is everything. She showed us multiple properties within our budget and never once pressured us into a sale. Erin provided us with vital information on each property and ultimately found my wife and I our dream home! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in the market to sell or purchase a home.

Erin did an outstanding job helping me locate and purchase a home in 60 days!!! What I thought couldn't happen did. I had a set list of what I wanted/needed in a home along with a VERY tight timeline and Erin made the process run smooth, which I didn't think could be possible. She was very knowledgeable and dependable, she did GREAT with negotiating and was able to get me into the home I had hoped to own. When/If the time comes again for me to purchase another home I will without a doubt use Erin again.

Erin helped us both buy and sell a home. She was always quick to respond and there when we needed her. She marketed our home quickly and efficiently, hosted a successful open house and guided us through the negotiation and sale process. When it came to buying our new home she assisted us every step of the way from offer to close. I highly recommend Mike as a knowledgeable real estate agent. As a first time buyer every step was a bit overwhelming but Mike led me through each step and made the process very easy.

If I had to do it again, I would go with Erin everytime! If your looking call her she is amazing! !! She is right on top of everything. HONEST! And very very put together! Makes the whole process less confusing and defiantly less stressful!!! I could have asked for a better realtor!!!!

Erin did a great job for us! She was very responsive and put up with late texts and calls when things were getting stressful. Very friendly and helpful, above and beyond!! Really great experience and I would recommend her to anyone.
