Michael Toomey did a fantastic job selling my Mom's estate! The house was in very poor condition, located on the South Shore quite far from Mike's office. Adding to the challenge, the house would not qualify for bank financing due to its condition - only real estate developers would be in the position to purchase and rehab it.
