I was told he was good. Then as the process began I found he was better than good. As things progressed and the ease in which he made it for us I came to the conclusion that he is the best. No question did he leave unanswered, always available, extremely friendly, and his mannerism help to instilled confidence in the decision making process. He will always be the first name that I will recommend.

Mike made our refinance experience go quickly and smoothly! He’s so friendly and knowledgeable. I had a bunch of questions about changing to a 15 year term, purchasing discount points to get the lowest rate possible, and what our payments would look like if we paid closing costs vs. rolled them into the loan and Mike completely answered each one. This is the second refinance we've done with Michael and both experiences have been wonderful. Refinancing can be complicated and confusing, and my wife and I really appreciate how Michael takes the time to answer questions, explain everything and just make the whole process easy. He is very responsive and would always get back to me right away with an email or phone call. On top of all that, he's just a really nice guy who is easy to work with.
