Michael was fantastic to work with throughout our entire mortgage application process, all the way through to closing on our new home. He was ALWAYS extremely quick to respond to our requests, and went above and beyond in being available to jump on a quick call or help us get quick answers when we needed them. He also helped us navigate the unexpected curveballs that came with buying a house in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, which was no small task!

In 2018, I refinanced my mortgage through Michael and his team and was so impressed with the ease of the process that when Michael recommended another opportunity to save money I jumped on it! Again, the easy electronic process was completed with my smart phone and even part of the closing was done electronically. Settlement was done at my home and this was really accommodating, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic as I did not have to go out for any part of this process. I couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage broker. Michael is great at listening to your needs and giving you options. He and his team are attentive and quick to respond. They were able to get us closed earlier than expected in the middle of the pandemic.

I have used Michael Wagner several times in the past and called him to get his opinion on a refinance situation. He responded promptly even though he was out of the office and crunched the numbers quickly. Michael and his whole team were so easy to deal with throughout the whole process. We purchased our previous home 13 years ago and did not remember any of the steps in applying for a mortgage and closing on a house. Mike was extremely helpful and able to answer any questions that we had in a timely manner. He uses multiple platforms to communicate (text, phone, and email), and we found this flexibility very conducive to being able to reach to him under various circumstances (work, home, running errands, etc.).
