Ordered a classic sangria. Delivered and it was yellow. Tasted like watered down pineapple juice. My friend did the white sangria and hers was horrible as well. Pasta dry because not covered in enough sauce. Luckily we did the devour so price was reasonable. They did remove drink from my bill. Service was friendly but they seemed short staffed.
The host did not greet us or even say anything to us. I let him know we had a reservation and he walked us to our table. The waiter came over after 10 minutes and told us he would be with us shortly and came back 10 minutes later. We ordered drinks and he brought 2 of our drinks to the table but we had to ask another employee about our daughter’s drink that he forgot. Food was so so but not expensive. Olive Garden is better. Server didn’t ask if we wanted dessert just brought the check. Will not eat here again.
Server may have been overworked. Several errors in our food, didn't check back to be sure things were correct. Food was mediocre. At 6 pm Saturday they were out of Caesar salad, cheesecake, tiramisu. Server did not add our points to Clancy's Hospitality rewards.
Will not be back, Olive Garden has better service and ambiance than this place.
Small portions and same prices. Food not cooked correctly and very small portions - don’t go hungry
Seated and ordered drinks right away. The waitress stated be back in a few and 20 minutes later no waitress. She kept passing our table and never looked our way. After going to her and saying check or could someone take our order if she was to busy final got another waitress. We ordered food after waiting 30 minutes to order and order was not right. Awful service. Went there before a concert…the waitress never came back to the table. We went inside to pay and get refills on our drinks…we pay…leave…get to the concert and they still had my credit card. It was my only form of payment so we had to leave the concert to go get my card. We got there early so we could get the best seats but wasted our time driving to get the card and then waiting in a long line to get into the concert. Great food. Awful service.
Service was spot on. I was expecting a better overall experience though. Food was just so, so. Everything was comparable to Olive Garden - only less ambiance.
