I ordered a small cheese pizza and the chicken scallopini. The chicken dish was great my pizza was a no show until I had to ask the server for it. She immediately went to a computer to what I assume ring in the pizza she forgot about. It came out the same time as the bill was being dropped and I was told the kitchen dropped it and had to remake it. Just seemed like a bad excuse for I forgot to ring it in. Our first time at this restaurant. The food was very good. Pasta dishes were well made and flavorful. Service started out very good, then went down hill fast. Our server went to tables near us but literally didn’t even look in our direction multiple times. We finally had to flag her down very loudly. I know the restaurant can't help large groups stay with 'inside voices', but we were seated next to a large group that one table (at least 8) was all kids. The adults were at another table. It would have been nice if the hostess had asked if we were okay being seated next to that many kids. They were loud and the parents really didn't try to keep them quiet. Unfortunately, my daughter and I both purchased the Caesar salad and it must have been tainted, spoiled or something because I was sick after an hour, my daughter got sick after a couple Of hours. We narrowed it down that out of our family's meal the only common things we ate was the Caesar salad. The other food: pasta carbonara, pizza and buttered noodles were eaten by the rest of the family and they did not get sick. Ordered a classic sangria. Delivered and it was yellow. Tasted like watered down pineapple juice. My friend did the white sangria and hers was horrible as well. Pasta dry because not covered in enough sauce. Luckily we did the devour so price was reasonable. They did remove drink from my bill. Service was friendly but they seemed short staffed.

The host did not greet us or even say anything to us. I let him know we had a reservation and he walked us to our table. The waiter came over after 10 minutes and told us he would be with us shortly and came back 10 minutes later. We ordered drinks and he brought 2 of our drinks to the table but we had to ask another employee about our daughter’s drink that he forgot. Food was so so but not expensive. Olive Garden is better. Server didn’t ask if we wanted dessert just brought the check. Will not eat here again.

Server may have been overworked. Several errors in our food, didn't check back to be sure things were correct. Food was mediocre. At 6 pm Saturday they were out of Caesar salad, cheesecake, tiramisu. Server did not add our points to Clancy's Hospitality rewards.
