Everyone from Heather to Mary to Ted were great to deal with, easy to communicate with, and resolved our issue. Our air conditioning wasn't working and the first company came out and quoted a very expensive repair and therefore recommended a completely new system. We contacted Michall D****** and a few other service providers later that day per a ******search and Heather was the only one to respond that night. We have used Michall D****** for 4 years and they installed a new AC system 3 years ago. They provide regular spring and fall check-up to maintain our HVAC system. Excellent service and support provided by this company. We had a few HVAC drain line issues recently that required a technician to diagnose and repair. On a Saturday that was in 90s and then Sunday to be 93, my thermostat decided to blow heat not air conditioning on Saturday nite. Called Michall D*****, got a call back quickly..helped with temp solution & scheduled tech for Sunday at 8am. Michael, tech, came in, pleasant helpful...was defaulted thermostat not unit, got HVAC to work well until new thermostat comes in.
