The technician was scheduled to come between 11 & 1. The office called snd asked if he could come earlier as he had finished at his earlier job at 9:45. It was great because it freed up the rest of my morning. Upon arrival, the technician was pleasant, kind and respectful. His appearance was neat, he wore a mask and put on shoe coverings before walking on the carpeting. He had experience with my air conditioning unit and serviced it quickly & efficiently inside. Had a HVAC system installed about 1.5 years ago. So please keep in mind that this review is on a relatively new system. I had a great experience from the sales phase through installation. Pricing was competitive and their financing was unmatched. In the future, I would avoid 0% financing that falls on a credit card. It screws with your credit score, particularly in credit utilization. Gordon W. Service date 04/27/20 5 Star Rating Jake arrived at the beginning of the time frame communicated by the home office and did so with proper attire, clean shoe coverings and required mask. He quietly did the spring inspection of the heating/air conditioning system with a professional thoroughness in a timely fashion. He was courteous and patient when he responded to my request that he show me the correct way to replace the AA batteries in the thermostat.
