Michelle was very easy to reach and always got back to us quickly and with the requested information. There were many things that happened during our building and buying process that were frustrating, confusing and even bordered on ridiculous at times, but Michelle was always calm and professional and anything that came up was not her fault, it was more with Covid and the builders, or the underwriter side. We appreciated all of Michelle's time and efforts and she should be applauded for her work

Michelle seem to work 24 hours round the clock. She answers all my calls and settles all my concerns just rapidly.
