Michelle was very easy to reach and always got back to us quickly and with the requested information. There were many things that happened during our building and buying process that were frustrating, confusing and even bordered on ridiculous at times, but Michelle was always calm and professional and anything that came up was not her fault, it was more with Covid and the builders, or the underwriter side. We appreciated all of Michelle's time and efforts and she should be applauded for her work
Michelle was always available and flexible. She got back promptly for all questions. Very smooth experience
Oh the communication has been great. Michelle always responded to emails on time and will always email us to check if we had any concerns or something to talk about.
Michelle seem to work 24 hours round the clock. She answers all my calls and settles all my concerns just rapidly. Constantly calling tirelessly making sure all is well with me and family economically especially at this time of pandemic and to know if we need help. Her concern about us getting the best services during the process was just fantastic. May God bless her.
