Michelle was very supportive and guided us from the beginning to end of the process and made the process very simple and easy. When we needed her sometimes we would call her after working hours and she would respond very friendly. she has a lot of patience and understanding to work with people like us who are new to the great 1st time home buyers experience. we can not say it enough how nice, friendly and professional Michelle is! we were lucky to have her as our loan officer.
