Michelle kept us updated through the entire process each and every week. Anytime I had a question she either had the answer or was willing to find out and follow up through email, text or she would call. I had misunderstood a few thing and and sent her the wrong information. She worked with us to get the correct information which help make this process a breeze. I don’t think I can explain how great she did and how much we enjoyed speaking with her.

I think multiple people involved into our process wasn't great idea. We loved working with Michelle but Rita was not that great, often duplicating questions that Michelle has already asked in the past. Michelle's professionalism was on point while Rita's not so much. Constant inquiries about our work status to our companies was unpleasant as well.
