The overall experience. Anyone I came in contact with KB homes were simply amazing. They have all been great to work with. They made my transition and extremely easy.
At first, it was difficult. I had another loan officer and then Michelle was added to the team. When numbers changed, and the loan needed to change it caused a little confusion and I was upset for the numbers did not favor me. Sometimes as customers we need things explained a little more. Once Michelle got this, she was there for me and it was a more seamless process.
