Everything was ok until the end. I apologize, because I cant remember who I told but I think it was Shannon, I had mentioned that Windsor was ready to start the house on March 9th. I also told Windsor that VIP wasnt ready to close due to waiting on my employment verification. Closing was set for 3/22 at 4:00pm. We both took off work early to go to closing. Michelle was great! Went above and beyond to make herself available for my wife and I. Always quick to respond when we reached out with questions. She and her team made the home buying process go very smoothly!
