Michelle is always there when you need her! She is always kind, no matter the circumstance. She genuinely cares for her clients and the relators she works with.
Better communication, some times wouldn't here from vip for a few days maybe a week, I will say the process was to slow at times, over all the people were professional and courteous
The communication wasn't there at times. We had to call our realtor a lot of the times for answers but all in all I think Michelle and her team did a great job!
