Overall we had q great experience with them it was a long process due to selling our home and building a new one but overall Michelle was so helpful we wanted for one person to handle our stuff and they were glad to do so as we were skeptical about sending so much personal info but overall really would recommend them thanks for your help

The entire loan process was very long and no one from VIP showed up to assist us at closing, although Pam did talk to us on the phone to answer questions. Thru the process, Michelle and Pam were VERY helpful. Pam answered emails almost immediately and always nicely answered all of our questions. Michelle is very nice and helpful, and she is very knowledgeable.
