Really appreciated the safety precautions in place by sending a photo of my technician as well as the COVID-19 practices for being in my home. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. I was disappointed that the technician did not show up with all the parts needed for repair and that a fairly large puddle of water was left on my floor. Overall, though, I will definitely use Mid-Atlantic for my future plumbing needs and I will also recommend this company to anyone that asks me for a referral.

As far as leaving water on the floor, that is certainly not our standard way for leaving your home and we have addressed this with our technician.
