Super knowledgeable. Andy the owner is amazing and his staff is, too. They take time to provide useful tips on how to program the irrigation system to get the lawn results desired. Our Technician David was prompt, professional, and took time to answer all my questions after thoroughly going through a checklist of safety and standard maintenance procedures to get the system up and running. Terrible experience for the third time we have had our tanks serviced and the water is slimey. Called the office and was told to take a broom stick and stir the chemicals and salt. A broom stick really why should we have to fix your mistake? The tech left without explaining what he did or the cost. We have to deal with slimey water for three days since your company screwed up again!! We should be refunded the service fee since once again your company and your tech screwed up. Shame on you!!!
All went well until testing water after new filters. Technician told me the TDS 4. However he did not have his TDS meter. Also, charging me $6.95 for a Ph. Reading was uncalled for.

I ordered my water neutralizer in the middle of December and six months later I have not received my order. I have been told that it will be shipped and then hear nothing from them. Today I asked for a refund if they can't ship it by the end of the week. I would rate them a zero if possible.

Had a water leak in my water system. Happened PM on Friday. Said could schedule next Wed. To make a long story short they fixed it on FRIDAY. Great service. Do not usually trash a company but I will do it now. Called eWater for 2 yes TWO weeks and no response. The absolute worst service I have ever had. If you use them flee immediately to MidAtlantic. I did and will not look back. Charlie Sormani I am so sure of this comment I added name.
