I have done a refinance and new home mortgage with Jon he has been awesome both times. Great communication on a mountain or paperwork without feeling rushed. He always lets you know when something urgent is coming down the pike and to make all parties are on the same page.

I was referred to Jon after getting absolutely no where with my credit union, and I couldn't be happier that thy didn't work out. Jon was extremely easy to work with. He seemed to have an answer for everything and I always felt like I was in the loop. We were having issues with our current mortgage company. I found Teresa through the MTA. I called explained what was going on, trying not to cry because we so frustrated and she said let me see what I can do. Teresa was easy to talk to, always quick to respond to our many questions, and worked fast! My husband and I highly recommend Teresa and Mid-Island mortgage!

Tuvimos el placer de trabajar con Maria y Claudia para comprar nuestra primera casa. Siempre estuvieron disponibles para aclarar cualquier duda. En nuestro caso el proceso no fue largo, y gracias a Dios ahora estamos disfrutando de nuestra casa en Long Island. La recomendaria al 100%

I am very thankful to Maria Estrada for helping me with the process of applying for a loan. She was easy to work with and made the process as stress free as possible.
