I have worked with Teresa a few times now to re-finance and lower our interest rate. She is always available, she works quickly, answers all my crazy questions and always follows through. I cannot recommend her enough. We closed on our loan a month ago, but I texted her a question yesterday and she answered me immediately. She’s the best!
Maria Estrada is an EXCEPTIONAL worker and person. She was there during the whole process of purchasing the home that I have now. Maria was attentive and explained everything clearly. Tyler was very professional, patient and diligent. He responded to emails promptly even on his days off. He made calls to check up on us with processing and or next steps to look forward to. He was able to make the process very seamless even when the process felt a little tedious and for that we appreciated him. He was pretty awesome!
Maria is on top of things. Pro active and you can count on her. She speak to you and breaks things down to make it easy. Would highly reccomend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
