RecommendedI had septic tank alarm that went off after a heavy rain so immediately called Mid South Septic to take a look at it. They came out the next day, took a look, tested the pump and asked if we had been running extra water over the weekend. I said did have extra company for a few days so yes more water had been used. So, he explained the process of how it pumps water out and felt the gully washer rain we had did not allow the pump to keep up but it was working fine; no worries. RecommendedI needed my septic tank pumped. I called on a Monday and it was pumped Tuesday morning. The workers were professional. They dug up the lid, gave some great advice on septic tank maintenance and what products were the worst for our tank and field and covered it all up before they left. My 2nd time using Mid-South septic service and we will use them and refer others 👍.

RecommendedThe crew that came out to empty our septic were friendly and professional. We had just purchased the property and didn’t know where the septic tank actually was just general area. They were patient looking for it. Probably took an hour to find. They stayed and got the job done.
