RecommendedThe older guy way very kind, friendly,, informative and clear about the things he explained and was doing. I recommend the other guy be more people friendly. His non-communitive ways could cost you jobs. There is too much dislike in this world already. We don't need to create more. I still would recommend your company because it could have been worse.

RecommendedI called Mid-South Septic due to a backed up septic system and had the pleasure of dealing with Greg who dispatched a crew the very next morning. The workers he sent (Zachary and Daniel) were courteous, professional, and were able to remove the clog in the septic tank before they pumped it. Jaice who handles billing was also extremely professional and courteous to deal with. I highly recommend Mid-South Septic.
