I was recently charged $2,500 for an ongoing issue that was not fixed. I question if any work was actually performed as I wasn't present due to not being contacted to be there. The last time I spoke with your company was 8 days ago & was told that I would be put on the service call list & should be contacted in a few days. I have not heard back yet. Poor service, poor quality, & unprofessional.

They tried but could not complete the task because of a high tree had fallen!!

There's problem with their scheduling. Never give you any type of time window when they will arrive. One appointment they did not show the day of had to call them late in the afternoon said they would not make it. Had to then move it to the Monday afternoon. Not sure I will use again

I called, said we had back up of dirty water in tub. They came and pumped the septic tank and left. Still have backup of dirty water in tub. Called them back and they said “call a plumber”. Horrible service. Foreman was a jerk. Unwilling to let technician connect me with their sister plumbing company. Said it’s not their job to do that ! Never call them again. Update, they came again on Saturday did not call to say they were on the way and I still have brown water backing up. Clearly if you want your problem... read more

I called them to pump out my septic tank because the man that I used before had retired. The lady on the phone was nice and I told her what I wanted done. "Please pump out my septic tank. Please don't drive on the yard. " She said that they carry 150 foot of hose and I said great. She said that the driver would call before he got there for the specific instructions. He didn't call.... he drove across the yard. and he only pumped out half of my 1000 gallon two chamber tank. Now I have to call someone else to finish ... read more

I had a septic pump replaced by them in 2016, they had to replace this pump in 2017 So now in 2020 that pump burned up and I had tp rep[ace it. All together I'm out $2,285 .
