RecommendedUPDATE: As promised, they came back once ground was softer and located the tank with ease. Excellent service. Kind employees. Will use this company again. Great job. First time: Sadly, they were not able to locate our septic tank as it may be buried deeply. The ground was extremely hard but their effort was great. Very kind, quick service. Once we get some rain and the ground softens they will come back.

I have not heard back from the main office. I have asked through an email for a refund because I did not qualify for a septic tank on my property and I paid a fee of 500.00 and I am asking for my refund of 500.00 back.

I had them come out to clean out our septic tank on Dec 28. because we had waste water in our tub. They came out and pumped the tank, but it did not solve the issue. They said that we would have to have our main line cleaned out by their sister company. Ours is an older home so we don't have an easy access to the clean out pipe. They told me they would have to clean it out via the toilet vent on the roof. Thankfully, the sister company could not come out on the same day so I called another company. My MIL paid this company to empty her septic system and they did not. The dirt was not disturbed where they would have needed to connect the pump to empty it. My father in law contacted the company and they claim they did empty it and they'll come back out to "empty it again" for half price. We will be contacting BBB for a refund since the company is unwilling to do their job and either actually empty it or refund my MIL's money. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I called these people in the summer of 2015 because of a leak in my yard. They came out right away, saw that lines had collapsed and I needed new ones, set me up on a payment plan, and as of 5/12/2018 they have still NOT been back to do the work. I've called and called. I've had raw sewage in my yard for 3 years and today I was told "Joey would be calling me next week to set me up a time". I'll believe it when I see it. And as these people are the ONLY ones to do this work, I'm STUCK and at their mercy.
