My dental cleaning for the first visit at Dr. Puccio's office was great all around!

Very friendly , informative, and knowledgable staff.
My first experience there was absolutely great! I had cracked a molar and was in a lot of pain so I gave their office a call since they are so highly reviewed and are local to my job. The staff was very friendly and eager to get me in quickly to see how they could help. I met with Dr. Puccio, he was also very friendly and confident which instantly put me at ease and its very important to me given that I do have the typical fear of the dentist. I came in for my routine six month cleaning. Everything turned out to be ok except for a few things; Dr Puccio and Crystal were super fun And cool, spending a few minutes just conversing about various tidbits and oddities. They're also so full of knowledge always giving me helpful hints and they're super professional. Before I was even out of my chair I had my next cleaning scheduled and the one for the following week to fix a few things. This review is based on my first visit to this dentist. I went in feeling apprehensive only because I have a bit of fear to the dentist in general, ever since I was a child. However, the office staff was very friendly and the hygenist was welcoming. By the time I sat in the dental chair I was calm. The hygenist performed the cleaning very well, pretty gently and very thoroughly. She went over the x-rays with me and explained everything to me (which I truly appreciate). Great first experience. Talk about clean, modern, and friendly - Midland has it all. I had an emergency and my now former dentist couldn't fit me in. Midland took me almost immediately. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful which is important - especially when you are in pain. All the newest equipment; the docs know their stuff; and they each took time to explain in detail what was wrong. At one point, all three doctors were in the room talking about my problem. As a person with a childhood full of dental neglect, I suffer from issues that should / could have been easily prevented. Now as a scptial adult with the realization of the importance in keeping my teeth, I went to Dr Puccio with hopes he can help me out. Well he did. We (Dr Puccio and I)started a program of replacing my old silver fillings with natural color fillings and inlays which at the time was a new method of filling teeth. This was my first time at this office and I was not sure what to expect. The people who attended me were very polite and corteous. The service provided was very detailed and they did a great job during the check up and cleaning process.
