I consistently get great service. All processes and procedures are fully explained to my satisfaction. After having extensive work done over the period of almost 2 years, I now not just visit the dentist, but check in on friends their families.

I used to be apprehensive about getting a needle in my mouth. I do not worry at all now. Everyone at this office performs in a friendly and professional manner. They make the entire experience painless and enjoyable.

Always helpful and always carefully explaining every step of the procedure, I felt 100% comfortable sitting in the chair and even more walking out. Their staff is extremely supportive and makes one overcome any fear of coming to the dentist.

This was my 2nd checkup at Midland Family Dental. The entire staff is stellar--Michele the hygienist was thorough, a pleasure to deal with, and a wealth of info. Dr. Puccio is fantastic--he spotted a tiny cavity that can be addressed early before it gets any worse, and he too is extremely thorough in his checkup and so caring. I grew up having my great uncle as my dentist and until finding Dr. Puccio, no dentist could ever come close to giving the care I was used to (in other words I'm very picky about dentists).
