I haven't been to the dentist in about 8 years, because of bad past experiences. After experiencing excruciating pain, i decided to visit a dentist. I made the right choice by going to the Midland Family Dental. Everyone was very friendly and with just one visit made me forget about all my bad past experiences! They were patient and explained to me everything that i had to get done. They made me change my mind about dentist, and now i actually cant wait to go back to take care of my teeth!

As always we had a wonderful visit with the staff. My grandson had a cleaning. We were greeted by Laura with a smile and asked how we were. We were taken right away by the hygenist to the office. She explained to Eli what was being done and played with him to relax him for this cleaning. As always they had his best interest at heart and took excellant care of him.

The staff and the dentists too are always so incredibly caring and understanding, yet professional no matter what my situation is. I recently needed to make a change in my treatment plan for various reasons. I feared that there might have been some contention because some progress was being made with the original treatment plan. Office staff very professional, friendly and organized. Dr. Ben and Grace did great job on dental work needed. Great hygenists, dental cleaning was painless. Very happy, will definitely become a regular patient.
