I pre-ordered a new 2009 Civic Hybrid at Midlands and it... I pre-ordered a new 2009 Civic Hybrid at Midlands and it came in about a month later, all the way from Japan! It had two scratches but the management took care of it. I will recommend them and purchase again. I rated this way for excellent Service. I will buy my next car from Kacey Green too!

We started lookiing at new cars and we were too far apart on the price. The Used Car Sales Manager offered us a good deal on a low mileage Accord that was an up-grade but a better price. New sensor wasn't correct part but because I had opened it they wouldn't refund me or swap out part which was $76.00. Still has paper tags and already broken. We have had our new car for less than two weeks, and it is already undriveable because the engine makes this HORRIBLE knocking sound when it runs. All of our savings into a new car and now we have to figure out how to pay for a, likely, extremely expensive repair. All because this dealer is fine selling piece of crap cars to families. Go anywhere else!
