I pre-ordered a new 2009 Civic Hybrid at Midlands and it... I pre-ordered a new 2009 Civic Hybrid at Midlands and it came in about a month later, all the way from Japan! It had two scratches but the management took care of it. I will recommend them and purchase again. I rated this way for excellent Service. I will buy my next car from Kacey Green too!

the salesman that sold us the car was very friendly and... the salesman that sold us the car was very friendly and not the typicla "used car salesman". We started lookiing at new cars and we were too far apart on the price. The Used Car Sales Manager offered us a good deal on a low mileage Accord that was an up-grade but a better price. The were negotiable and price and demonstrated a willingnes meet our needs and get us in the car. There has to be a way to shorten the time buyers have to spend in the dealership though. The service advisor was pleasant and took care of my car quickly. I had the pleasure of meeting the Service Manager, Michael Brooks, who assured me that my car was now in perfect working condition. I looked at the prior reviews before going to Midlands, so I was worried and apprehensive before going. After buying a new Pilot, I have to give the dealership high marks on each aspect. I found the best price at Midlands after checking with two other dealerships, one in person and emailing with another.
