Even though my dad came with me, Mr. Willingham helped me understand in easy terms how things will work without sounding like someone just wanting to sell a car because they're paycheck depends on it. Told him my situation, and he went out of his way to help me get into the car I wanted. Also, it didn't take long to get into my '08 Civic EX. That's a major plus. Overall, very good experience. Mark spent quality time with us on a busy day where many... Mark spent quality time with us on a busy day where many were gone to a funeral of an employee. We decided against the car but he followed up with us the next week as the car was reduced to a great price. He met us on Sunday before hours to seal the deal knowing we were pinched for time and it was not his day to work. Made sure everything was in good order--even tried to fix scratches on the radio. Very positive experience!
